They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. IThey aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
